Dr. Mackenzi Urso is a Postdoctoral Resident at Child Provider Specialists, where she specializes in comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida, where she first discovered her passion for the field. Dr. Urso completed her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University (NSU), with a focus on Clinical Neuropsychology.

During her training at NSU, Dr. Urso gained extensive experience conducting neuropsychological assessments—including cognitive, academic, and personality testing—for children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of concerns. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Child Provider Specialists, further refining her clinical skills.

Currently, Dr. Urso provides neuropsychological assessments to clients in the Boca Raton and Jupiter areas, serving in both private practice and residential behavioral health settings. She works collaboratively with families, mental health professionals, educators, and school administrators to develop individualized intervention plans and evidence-based recommendations tailored to each client’s unique needs.
