Educational Specialist

Jennifer Carter received a Bachelor of Science in Education from The University of Memphis in 1994. An educator for over two decades, she has a variety of experiences in public and private schools, homeschool program administration, leading professional development courses for teachers and teacher/student mentoring. Jennifer has a passion for teaching and inspires her students to love learning and become confident problem solvers. She loves working with students of all ages to strengthen executive functioning skills and welcomes opportunities to partner with parents, coming alongside them in a supporting role. She believes prioritizing relationships with her students and parents is key to the consistent success of her students, proving, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” (Theodore Roosevelt)

Jennifer has been married to her childhood sweetheart, Kevin, since 1994 and is the mother of 3 children: Josh (age 26, Marco Island, FL), Lindsay (25, Charlotte, NC), and Cameron (Freshman, Ole Miss). She is the Volunteer Coordinator for Path 2 Freedom, a human trafficking survivor organization (5 years) and serves as Communications Coordinator for Greater Naples DG Chapter (4 years). She is a member of several teaching organizations and is a lifelong learner. Jennifer loves spending time with her family and her dog, Tucker, cooking, reading, and enjoying our beautiful weather and beaches. Her favorite thing to do, however, is to share experiences and create memories with the people in her life.
