Haley Kosnik, M.S.

Doctoral Intern

Haley is a Doctoral Intern at Child Provider Specialists and is currently completing her doctoral degree in School Psychology at Nova Southeastern University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University. Throughout her graduate training, Haley has gained experience conducting neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments with children and adolescents across school, community mental health, and clinical settings.

Haley is passionate about using comprehensive assessment to better understand each child’s unique pattern of cognitive, academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and developmental strengths and needs. She approaches evaluation from a collaborative and strengths-based perspective, with the goal of providing families with a clearer understanding of their child and meaningful, individualized recommendations.

In addition to her assessment experience, Haley is certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and has provided therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families using evidence-based behavioral and cognitive-behavioral approaches. Her therapeutic background further informs her understanding of children within the context of their relationships and environments.
