Jennifer Ball, M.Ed. is an experienced educator with over 21 years of experience working with students from Pre-K through age 21. She holds a Master’s Degree in Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities from Rivier University and is certified in Educational Leadership, Exceptional Student Education, Reading, English Language Learners (ELL), and Severe/Profound Disabilities.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has served as a classroom teacher in both inclusive and self-contained settings, resource room teacher, mentor, and building-level administrator overseeing student services. Her work has focused on designing and implementing targeted academic and behavioral interventions, supporting diverse learners, and collaborating with families and educators to create meaningful student growth. Jennifer has also played a key role in developing and creating state-approved special education programs designed to meet the unique needs of diverse learners.
Jennifer is trained in a variety of research-based instructional programs and methodologies, including Wilson Reading System, Fundations, Orton-Gillingham approaches, Project Read, LiPS, Visualizing & Verbalizing, TouchMath, and Number Worlds. She believes that all students can learn with explicit instruction, strong relationships, and high expectations. Her approach combines data-driven instruction, progress monitoring, and individualized support to help students build confidence, develop emotional resilience, and achieve success both academically and personally.
