Dr. Rebecca Henry brings over 20 years of experience, with a background spanning hospitals, residential therapeutic programs, special education schools, public education, and private practice. She is licensed to practice in both Florida and Massachusetts, where she previously lived and worked for many years. She is an American Board School Neuropsychologist, Licensed Educational Psychologist, Nationally Certified School Psychologist, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
Dr. Henry provides comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults. Her specialties include assessments for ADHD, learning disorders (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia), autism spectrum disorder, intellectual developmental disorders, and mental health concerns. With a deep understanding of how symptoms such as executive functioning deficits can overlap across conditions, she takes a thorough, individualized approach to ensure accurate diagnosis and tailored recommendations.
In addition to her clinical experience, Dr. Henry has a strong research background in educational psychology, focusing on the connection between mind and body. She has studied biofeedback interventions as strategies to promote self-regulated learning in the classroom and is certified as an integrated mental health provider and board certified in neurofeedback.
Dr. Henry is dedicated to helping young people and families gain meaningful insight into the personal strengths and vulnerabilities uncovered through the evaluation process. She partners with families and schools to create realistic, supportive learning pathways that promote growth, confidence, and long-term success. Known for her compassionate and authentic approach, Dr. Henry treats each child with dignity and care, striving to empower families and equip children to reach their fullest potential.
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Henry enjoys spending time with her husband, their high school-aged daughter, middle school-aged son, and their playful pocket beagle, Atlantis.
